Fuel Designer

As a Fuel Designer, you will assist engineers performing routine tasks, gaining hands-on experience with the company’s programs, staff, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of fueling designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment such as AutoCAD.
  • Prepares scale drawings and construction documents for building contractors, owners/clients, and for internal use.
  • May assist in the preparation of Presentation drawings, Design Analysis, and various studies and reports.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings. owners/clients, and for internal use.
  • Ability to communicate the appropriate design intent both graphically and in written form.
  • Ability to efficiently utilize time in executing assigned tasks neatly and accurately.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal engineering team members.
  • 1-2 years of CAD design work experience required.
  • Great attitude and looking to learn and grow in a team environment

Architectural Designer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of architectural documents, including code compliance, 3D architectural detailing, national prototype, and the design of restaurant and retail spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of building designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment such as AutoCAD and Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Prepares scale drawings, models, and construction documents for building contractors, owners/clients, and for internal use.
  • May assist in the preparation of Presentation drawings, Design Analysis, and various studies and reports.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is preferred
  • Great attitude and ready to learn
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Architectural Project Manager

The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful design, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects from initial client contact through construction completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage internal teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage internal design and production teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other consultants to ensure fully integrated project delivery.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and proposals in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conduct site visits and manage communication with contractors during the construction phase.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused work environment.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in retail, restaurant, or commercial sectors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Matterport is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA, zoning, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensure preferred but not required.

MEP Engineering Designer

The MEP Engineering Designer is responsible for the design and documentation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of commercial and retail projects. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal disciplines and external consultants to produce code-compliant, coordinated, and constructible designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical (HVAC), electrical (power, lighting), and plumbing systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Prepare construction documents including plans, details, and specifications.
  • Assist in performing system calculations (e.g., load calculations, voltage drop, pressure loss).
  • Coordinate designs with architectural, civil, structural, and fueling teams.
  • Research and apply applicable codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Attend project meetings and collaborate with clients and project managers to define scope and ensure design alignment with project goals.
  • Revise drawings based on markups, field surveys, or client changes.
  • Support senior engineers in quality control reviews and redlines.

Education/Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in MEP design for commercial, retail, or restaurant projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and energy modeling software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes (e.g., NEC, IECC, IPC, IMC, ASHRAE).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • EIT certification is a plus; willingness to pursue licensure is encouraged.
