Kevin manages the company's day to day operations. He brings years of engineering and project management experience to The Dimension Group and has participated directly in the design and development of nationally recognized restaurant and retail programs, including prototypes and site adaptations. He has a keen ability to help clients meet their goals in a timely and cost-conscious manner. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Jassem has taken the reins of his family's esteemed real estate development business upon his father’s passing in 2022. A proud graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU), Jassem earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 2018. Under his visionary leadership, Jassem is poised to drive The Dimension Group to new heights, honoring its legacy while embracing innovative strategies for future growth. His passion for real estate development and commitment to excellence continue to shape The Company’s journey as he builds upon the foundation laid by his father.
Kathy joined The Dimension Group in 2011. She has years of experience in financial and corporate management of small to medium-sized companies. Kathy applies her extensive experience by managing the company’s financial activities. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. In 1987, Kathy received her CPA license in the State of Texas.
Lauren joined The Dimension Group in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from the real estate industry. Her expertise and strategic insight make her an invaluable asset in driving the company’s growth and cultivating meaningful partnerships. A graduate of DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Lauren combines her academic foundation with hands-on industry knowledge to deliver results that align with The Dimension Group’s vision and goals. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through running, and exploring new destinations through travel.
Tanner joined The Dimension Group in early 2015 as a Project Manager and is now the Regional Director overseeing The Dimension Group Denver office. Tanner graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and then the University of Colorado at Denver with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. Tanner has an extensive background and knowledge in a holistic design approach, construction documentation, and construction administration which continues to be a valuable asset to our clients. He is a registered Architect through NCARB in over 20 States.
Mollee joined the Dimension Group in 2019 and brings years of client management experience to her role as the Director of Development Services. She oversees a team of dedicated individuals, assisting clients in the development process from site selection all the way through construction completion. Mollee is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her work ethic, communication skills, positive attitude, and energy to encourage others. She attended Creighton University for her Undergraduate Degree and earned a Master’s Degree in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University.
Terry became part of The Dimension Group in 2014, bringing over 15 years of experience in fueling station design. His expertise spans a variety of projects, from large-scale big-box stores to smaller convenience store layouts, including designs featuring high-speed diesel systems. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Terry applies his technical knowledge to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family, playing golf, and exploring the outdoors.
Lesley is a registered Architect and LEED AP BD+C professional with over two decades of experience spanning every phase of the development process. She brings extensive expertise in building codes, ADA compliance, space planning, and construction detailing, serving a diverse range of corporate clients. Her portfolio includes projects in retail, restaurants, education, interiors, and luxury residential design. Recognized for delivering high-quality construction documents, Lesley has a strong track record of fostering client loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.
Josh joined The Dimension Group in 2013 with years of experience in design of mechanical systems and project leadership. Josh manages the MEP Engineering Department operations and oversees quality control for all MEP projects. He has participated directly in the design and development of nationally recognized commercial retail, convenience store, and restaurant programs, including prototypes and site adaptations, and has a keen ability to help clients meet their goals in a timely and cost-conscious manner.
Keaton is a seasoned civil engineer with over 12 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has dedicated 9 years to delivering successful projects in large-scale land development, primarily focusing on big box warehouses and institutional facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Civil Engineering at The Dimension Group, he leads and manages the civil engineering department, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial sites catering to national brands.
Alexandra joined The Dimension Group in 2004 as a Project Architect and is now a Studio Director. She is a Licensed Professional Architect in 21 states. She has been involved in many commercial projects in the Dallas area and throughout the country. Alexandra specializes in prototype design, 3D rendering, construction document preparation, and construction administration. Her clients include major retailers such as 7-Eleven, Pizza Hut, Wells Fargo, and various automotive service providers. Alexandra received her Bachelor of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania in 2003. Alexandra is LEED AP certified.
Stayton joined The Dimension Group in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the architecture & construction profession. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he studied history and environmental design. His broad experience as a licensed architect includes design expertise for commercial projects such as restaurants, family entertainment centers, retail stores, medical facilities, historic preservation, and industrial facilities in locations throughout the country.

In May 1987, Mostafa Setayesh founded The Dimension Group with a vision to redefine the engineering industry through a more hands-on approach and an unwavering dedication to customer service. After several years of working for local engineering firms, Mostafa recognized the need for a company that prioritized client relationships and delivered exceptional results. This philosophy became the cornerstone of The Dimension Group and continues to guide our work today.
As CEO and President, Mostafa led the company with integrity, passion, and a personal touch that resonated with every client. He was deeply involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring that every project met his high standards of excellence and that each client felt heard and valued.
Mostafa was a proud alumnus of Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, his expertise and leadership established The Dimension Group as a trusted name in the industry.
Although Mostafa is no longer with us, his legacy lives on through his son, Jassem, who now leads The Dimension Group with the same commitment to excellence and customer service. Mostafa’s vision, values, and passion remain at the heart of everything we do.
